Best part of the job
First, working with a designer to take a project from a sketch to full design, including solving all the challenges. Then seeing the finished, built project with our products incorporated.

How it all started
I worked for my dad during summers throughout college. When I graduated, and he asked me to work with him full-time, I was excited. I loved the work and wanted to help him carry the responsibility. It’s been my honor ever since to work for the company that bears his name.

Who’s at home
My wife, Heather, and our daughters Charlotte, 18, and Abigail, 16.
